Assassinating of a representative of a country in another country by a third country, the Beirut explosion, governmental and non-governmental terorism, multiple vicarious wars, etc, all are just a part of what happened in this important era. Future study of science and art are realization and construction of the future with the help of study of changes and change makers in order to maximize the interests of the actor, and scenario writing is an important method which provides description of alternative futures which saves decision makers from strategic surprise. The present study in the point of subject is “applied” and the scenario is written by exploratory mixed method and is based on Global Business Network “GBN”. Data has been gathered by library and internet sources and they gathered by library catalog cards and the statistical population of this study included 15 experts. This study aims to extract future scenarios of possible threat for Western Asia on the horizon of 1404. Based on the result of this research two key uncertainties which are “military and armed conflict” and “regional military nuclei'' led to write scenarios which three significant scenarios are named "Burning Hell", "Wandering Ghosts" and "Peace before the Storm". Codification and strategies for confrontation with possible threats for Iran including expanding advisory activities, increasing diplomatic activities, rational supporting the resistance movement, and confronting the coalition of marginalized Arab countries with zionist regime and economic development.}, keywords = {security,Western Asia,Scenario,Horizon 1404,Futurology}, title_fa = {امنیت غرب آسیا و سناریوهای محتمل در افق 1404}, abstract_fa = {غرب آسیا منطقه‌­ای است که کمتر روی آرامش دیده و همواره در منازعات و درگیری­‌ها به سر برده و هرروز شاهد اتفاقات جدیدی است که قابل پیش­بینی نیست؛ ترور نماینده رسمی یک کشور که به دعوت رسمی کشوری دیگر در آن کشور حضور می‌یابد توسط کشور سوم، انفجار بیروت و انواع تروریسم اعم از دولتی و غیردولتی، جنگ‌­های نیابتی متعدد و ... تنها بخشی از اتفاقات این منطقه مهم هستند. آینده‌پژوهی علم و هنر شناخت و ساخت آینده به کمک رصد تغییرات به‌منظور بیشینه‌­سازی منافع بازیگر است و سناریونویسی از روش­‌های مهم آن به شمار می­‌رود که توصیف‌­هایی از محیط آینده­‌های بدیل در اختیار می‌گذارد که تصمیم‌گیران را از غافلگیری راهبردی می‌رهاند. پژوهش پیش‌رو به لحاظ هدف «کاربردی» و ازنظر رویکرد آمیخته، اکتشافی و با روش «شبکه جهانی کسب‌وکار (GBN) به نگارش سناریو پرداخته است. داده‌­ها از طریق منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی و با ابزار فیش گردآوری‌شده و جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 15 نفر از صاحبنظران و خبرگان بوده‌­اند. این پژوهش با هدف استخراج سناریوهای آینده تهدیدات غرب آسیا در افق 1404 شکل ‌گرفته است. مطابق نتایج این تحقیق، دو عدم قطعیت کلیدی «درگیری‌های نظامی و منازعات مسلحانه» و «هسته‌های نظامی منطقه‌­ای» به تدوین سناریوهایی انجامید که سه سناریوی مهم آن به نام‌­های «جهنم سوزان»، «اشباح سرگردان» و «آرامش قبل از طوفان» تدوین و راهکارهایی برای مدیریت تهدیدات متوجه ایران شامل توسعه فعالیت‌­های مستشاری، افزایش فعالیت­‌های دیپلماتیک، حمایت هوشمندانه از جریان مقاومت، مقابله با ائتلاف کشورهای عربی حاشیه خلیج‌فارس با رژیم صهیونیستی و توسعه اقتصادی ارائه گردیده است.}, keywords_fa = {امنیت,غرب آسیا,سناریو,افق 1404,آینده‌پژوهی}, url = {https://ds.sndu.ac.ir/article_1663.html}, eprint = {https://ds.sndu.ac.ir/article_1663_86cbaf0120b55cd68e021c1adb16f241.pdf} }
