With the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran and the emergence of fundamental changes in Iran's foreign policy, fundamental differences were created between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States, and the national power of Iran became the target of American threats. Despite the ups and downs of relations between Iran and the United States, these threats against the national power of Iran continue and cast a shadow on the social and political dimensions of the national power. The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between the American threat and the socio-political dimensions of the national power of the Islamic Republic of Iran. For this reason, in this research, the ratio of American threats with socio-political dimensions of national power has been studied and the most effective components of American threats have been identified. In terms of the purpose, the current research is among applied researches, and in terms of its nature and method, it is descriptive and analytical and the method of collecting information is "mixed" that by using Delphi methods, focus group and MICMAC software, the effective components of American threats are identified. and were analyzed. That is, the components that have the most effectiveness from American threats are prioritized in order of importance; Then, with the focus group method, a statistical population of 21 people discussed how these components affect each other, so that the most effective and effective socio-political dimensions of the national power, which are the most effective from the American threats, were known, and this was done with the help of software. MicMac presented a theoretical model. Also, the data collection tool in the Delphi research method was through the design and completion of the questionnaire, and in the focused discussion method, in-depth interviews and the use of focus group formation techniques. According to the findings of the research, the four components of political stability, solidarity of the nation and the government, social welfare, public satisfaction are the most effective from the threats of America. The results of the research show that among these components, the two components of public satisfaction and the solidarity of the nation and the government had the most impact on other components, and the two components of Iran's international image and political trust had the most impact on other components.
