To adapt to this changing security environment, NATO must maintain its unity and members must not shirk their commitment to defend each other. Iran should also consider the consequences of NATO's global policies against it, and adopt the appropriate strategies, the most important of which is the drafting of a "new strategic statement" consisting of conceptual and operational statements to face NATO's aggressive policies.
