In recent years, the issue of "military service" and its related issues has become one of the fringe issues among public opinion; this article has tried to look at the issue of military service with the approach of expressing the demands and wishes of the youth and, within the scope of the research, to provide solutions to respond to this Pay claims. The method of conducting this research was qualitative content analysis with an inductive approach to calculate the demands and expert interview to calculate the response solutions. The statistical population in the content analysis section includes all the researches published during (1390-1400) in the web databases of Civilica, Noormags, Elmnet and Humanities Research Institute with the selection criteria of having at least one of the keywords "soldier", "military service", "public duty service" and "duty system" in their title and the statistical community in the interview section, experts and custodians of matters related to "public duty" Employees in the organization of the duty system formed the human resources vice-chairs of the General Staff and Faraja in Tehran, which continued with the snowball method and targeted selection and sample size in both statistical populations, until the theoretical saturation was reached. The demands of the youth were gathered around the two axes of "improving the current implementation method" and "abolition of compulsory service" in three sections "before the military service", "during the military service" and "after the military service" and the response solutions were presented around these two axes.
