This study aims to examine the impact of belief-oriented variables on Jihadi management based on the experiences of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commanders during the Sacred Defense, using a structural equation modeling approach. The research is developmental-applied in purpose and employs a mixed-methods approach with descriptive-analytical data collection. The statistical population consisted of commanders and experts from the Sacred Defense period. Purposeful non-random sampling was employed until theoretical saturation was reached. In the qualitative phase, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 experts, while in the quantitative phase, 102 participants were surveyed. Data collection tools included library research and interviews. Based on the interview results and theoretical foundations, dimensions, components, and indicators were identified and the final researcher-developed questionnaire was validated through the calculation of the Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.922). Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 24 was applied to analyze the quantitative data and examine relationships between variables. The findings indicate that loyalty to the Supreme Leader has the most significant and meaningful relationships with other variables, and that God-centeredness plays a pivotal role in shaping such loyalty. The ratio of CMIN to degrees of freedom (DF) for the proposed model was 1.625, which is below the threshold of 5, indicating good model fit.
